Can I take photos?

Using your own cameras, phones and other recording gadgets is prohibited; however our photographer elf is ready to capture your visit and meeting with Santa in photos and video; your photos you may find later in our photo portal.

Where can I get my photos?

Accepted Answer

After meeting with Santa Claus, your pictures will be available on the spot, you will receive a picture to purchase after your picture is taken with Santa!

Do you have specific instructions for a visit due to Covid-19?

• If you are ill, please stay home and visit Santa Claus later.
 • Always wash your hands or use hand sanitizer before entering Santa Claus Office.
 • If you need to cough or sneeze, cover your mouth with a tissue and dispose of it immediately after use. If you don’t have a tissue, cough or sneeze into your sleeve.
 • Please pay attention to the distance between other visitors. Distance of 3-6 feet in between is advised.
 • Please pay by card or any other contactless method.
 • We follow and comply with the CDC Safety Guidelines- Subject to Change**.

Does Santa Claus use a face mask?

Santa Claus will wear a face mask upon request* face masks will be provided. We do use PPE health safety and protection in compliance with CDC guidelines as well as increased cleaning procedures for all high-touch surfaces and social distancing.
