  • When can I come see Santa Claus?
    Please continue to check our site for dates Santa will be in town
  • Can I take photos?
    Using your own cameras, phones and other recording gadgets is prohibited; however our photographer elf is ready to capture your visit and meeting with Santa in photos and video!
  • Where can I get my photos?
    After meeting with Santa Claus, your pictures will be available on the spot, you will receive a picture to purchase after your picture is taken with Santa!
  • Do you have specific instructions for a visit due to Covid-19?
    If you are ill, please stay home and visit Santa Claus later. Always wash your hands or use hand sanitizer before entering Santa Claus Office. If you need to cough or sneeze, cover your mouth with a tissue and dispose of it immediately after use. If you don’t have a tissue, cough or sneeze into your sleeve. Please pay attention to the distance between other visitors. Distance of 3-6 feet in between is advised. We follow and comply with the CDC Safety Guidelines- Subject to change**
  • Does Santa Claus use a face mask?
    Santa Claus will wear a face mask upon request* face masks will be provided. We do use PPE health safety and protection in compliance with CDC guidelines as well as increased cleaning procedures for all high-touch surfaces and social distancing.
  • What payment methods are accepted?
    We accept cash, credit cards/debit cards and other cashless methods.
